Biography

Isabel’s practice focuses on pension matters and executive compensation, including monitoring of pensions and tax assessments related to employee compensation, as well as representing clients in court and administrative proceedings. Her expertise includes preparation of employee long term incentive plans, negotiations of profit sharing plans and general advice on pensions and tax matters in connection with expatriation of employees. She has assisted in the drafting of legislative bills concerning taxes on pensions. Isabel is the Chair of the Women Lawyers’ Interest Group Committee of the International Bar Association.
